Composite systems

Thanks to a standardised system pressure and a higher nitrogen volume, the composite tube and composite plate systems stand out in comparison to self-sufficient nitrogen cylinders with an even force distribution and a flatter force increase. That leads to an increase in process reliability and ensures a consistent production quality as well as a long life time.

STEINEL manifold plates and drawing cushions are designed to meet customer-specific requirements and consist of volume boreholes that serve as integrated nitrogen buffers, space-saving pressure cylinders and control panels. The nitrogen tank's large volume allows for a very low force increase. Guaranteed compliance with the pressure equipment directive DGRL 2014/68/EU, for calculation at our facilities, including TÜV test.
