The components

The STEINEL module system consists of a basic structure (head and lower plate, incl. guide units), an adapter plate and quick-change tool modules.

The basic structure is adapted to the production plant and the adapter plate of the respective tool.

The tool modules are available in two widths and six lengths. In addition to the plates and guide units, they already include pressure springs, distance collars as well as boreholes for thrust bolts. Available as pillarised modules or as a module system, you only need to carry out the specific machining operations in your tool shop. If necessary, STEINEL will also take care of this step for you.

  Module lengths	in 50 mm increments, from 100 mm to 350 mm
