Composite tube systems

For composite tube systems, this involves connecting multiple nitrogen cylinders and a control panel using tubes in order to achieve a standardised system pressure. The total volume of nitrogen in the system is easily increased through the tubes, which leads to a flattening of both the pressure increase and the force curve. STEINEL composite tube systems, control panels and tubing products are available from stock. All of our control panels are equipped with burst protection as standard. We will gladly assist you with the tubing of your system on site.

Composite plate systems

Composite plate systems consist of multiple nitrogen cylinders and a control panel, which are connected to one another via boreholes in a steel plate in accordance with the pressure equipment directive (DGRL 2014/68/EU). As with composite tube systems, this ensures uniform system pressure and a larger nitrogen volume, resulting in a flatter power curve increase. We will also gladly assist you in designing the system. In addition to connecting nitrogen cylinders, control panels and pressure controllers that are available from stock, we will also produce your composite plate and assemble the entire system at our facility in Schwenningen.

    Two versions of composite plate springs are available from stock. They can be screwed to the composite plate using a floor assembly thread.
