Blechexpo 2021:
Plenty of visitor interest in STEINEL innovations after COVID-19

After a difficult period without industry events, visitors came to the STEINEL booth at Blechexpo in Stuttgart with lots of interest on October 26-29. Many of the inquiries were already about concrete project tasks. STEINEL showcased a host of solutions in a 157 square meter booth, the largest in a while. Guide units, nitrogen systems, tapping units, manifold plates and tool technology, all had their own presentation areas

A major focus was set on our manifold plate concepts with their great performance and savings potential for large series. A brand-new 3D animation showed how these customised nitrogen systems meet the extreme requirements for precision and service life.

Our solutions for process-integrated tapping units also received a lot of attention, as well as the modular tool systems. Visitors at the event, a fourth of which were international, operate in an environment with increasingly digitalised processes. The topic of supply chain reliability and speed of delivery were also of the utmost importance. STEINEL was able to impress with its local production and warehousing in Germany.

"We are increasingly being consulted as an expert in tool technology," says Board Member Christoph Neudörffer. "Flexible, customised adaptations were a topic of conversation across all product groups." For STEINEL, the trade fair results were positive all round. "With numerous project initiations, Blechexpo 2021 was one of our most successful," says Sales and Marketing Director Christian Pape with satisfaction.

At the 15th Blechexpo, 953 exhibitors from Germany, Italy, Austria, Turkey, Switzerland and the Benelux countries presented their products and services across nine halls.
